Scary Cow's Philosophy on Education...

Almost everyone in the world learns best by doing the thing they're trying to learn. The challenge is finding a safe, positive, and friendly group of individuals who support you along the way.

Scary Cow has been set up to help you push yourself and learn in a number of ways - no matter if you're a professional or a novice.

First, we put you into a constructive environment where you can try out the discipline (or disciplines!) which are most interesting to you. Shadow someone who has done it before - or just get out there and try it first hand. Second, we hire experts from around the Bay Area to teach classes that we can actually use in the project we're currently working on. Third, we give feedback about what went right and went could have been done better on the projects that we create.

We tackle learning how to film differently than any film schools or classes you've taken in the past.
